Welcome to JoinYANA.com (“YANA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing a product or service through our Sellfy store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

We offer:

Access to our support community (YANA) for mental well-being, growth, and self-improvement.
Monthly 1-on-1 sessions (one free session per month with the $27 membership).
Additional paid sessions available on a per-minute basis.

2. Membership Access

Access is granted upon successful payment.
You will be redirected to the YANA community after purchase.
Each membership is for individual use only and non-transferable.
Monthly memberships renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing date.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content and community access, we do not offer refunds.
You may cancel your membership anytime, and access will remain until the end of the billing cycle.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

4. 1-on-1 Sessions

Members receive one free 1-on-1 session (15 minutes) each month.
Additional sessions are available for purchase through the store.
Missed sessions without prior notice may be forfeited.

5. Code of Conduct

All users must follow our community guidelines. We reserve the right to suspend or remove access without refund in cases of:

Abuse, hate speech, or harassment.
Misuse of community resources or support services.
Sharing of login credentials or pirated content.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, courses, and content provided through YANA are owned by JoinYANA.com and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without permission.

7. Liability Disclaimer

YANA is a support community—not a substitute for professional mental health care. We do not guarantee specific results. Always consult with a qualified professional if you’re facing a mental health crisis.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
